Delicious food! Great option for baked chicken for me. It's a little too salty for my taste. But it was good chicken. My son loved his hamburger steak, pinto beans, and green beans. Friendly staff. Very clean. We did not have dessert due to my dieterry restrictions, and my son was at his limit for sugar for the day, but they looked yummy! The tea was wonderfully refreshing!
Fantastic southern comfort food and a different menu each day of the week. Half of the price of most fast food places and twice the quality. I had the meatloaf (which was moist and really good) along with broccoli casserole (best broccoli casserole to date), green beans, cornbread, and froot loop cheesecake. My husband had fried chicken and said it was very moist and flavorful. He had potato salad that was really good along with creamed potatoes and gravy. He said those were some of the creamiest potatoes and tasted fresh, and the gravy had a really good spiced flavor. He also said that the coleslaw was better than KFC. We will be back !
4.5 stars! I love everything, the food, the location, and the service. The food was typical but tasty Southern food and the design of the place is really cottage like and cozy. It was just too busy when we visited (Sunday, Mother's Day) that we ended up queuing for 15 minutes to get our food. But at least it was guaranteed we got our food as soon as we ordered since it was a cafeteria style.
Little Family Restaurant we saw passing through with a beautiful cross on their outdoor dining patio, which we decided was a must to sit and dine beside watching the cars go by. with yummy seafood and dinner . Staff was friendly and appeared family driven. Highly recommended!!!
Wow! I seldom eat country cooking. I’m from Deep South Georgia roots and know good food. and this is sure good food! Seasoned to perfection and if it’s not fresh it sure tastes it! Creamed corn, cabbage, black eyed peas, green beans fried fish, chicken, rolls, and cobblers and real homemade banana pudding- at a fabulous price. Great Vacation discovery. We’ll be back!
This place was an accidental find and we will be back! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was fast. I got the bbq porkchops, creamed corn, and macaroni and cheese. The prices are just right and the portions are as well.
Best country style home cooking restaurant in Cleveland. Their menu changes daily you pick the items on the bar and don’t forget dessert. Pick a table and enjoy. Friendly staff and food is always fresh. They only serve lunch and dinner no breakfast. Bummer because breakfast at this place would be the bomb.
